Alpen Suite Hotel's restaurant.
Where in the evening we receive our guests and their friends with an à la carte menu. A menu full of local produce. A menu will delight the palates and satisfy connoisseurs of good food.
The pleasure of wine.
Accompany your food with a good glass of wine, to create perfect harmony. That's how the sommelier recommends wine as he hands you the wine list. A Trentino red wine. A South Tyrolean white wine. A glass of champagne.
The dining room. Details that make you feel good.
And that will last. Because we put into practice what Brillat-Savarin, the author of the Physiology of Taste, wrote. He stated that welcoming means taking charge of guests' happiness.
The paintings by Maestro Marcello Pola.
"True creativity escapes the prison of constraints and is happy to measure itself against the fascination of the future without breaking free from classical roots." A lively and curious person, a pioneer of virtual design, who was born in Trento in 1951. The art critics define his work as excellent examples of figurative-abstract art linked to the dreamlike world, the fantastic world. He knew how to handle the painting techniques of joy, colour and splendour. But also of lightness, irony and playfulness. The magic that is art can be seen in the geometric forms of the human figures. His murals not only decorate the facade of the Alpen Suite Hotel but his works can also be found on the restaurant walls. An affectionate tribute to Maestro Marcello Pola, a dear friend who has left his indelible mark on us. "Often I look around and find wonderful things. Perhaps being normal today is extraordinary."
